Your fitting session will take 2.5 to 3 hours, beginning with the interview and ending with the measurements for your optimal bike position. We’ll have made component and possibly frame recommendations (when relevant) and we will have set-up your bike based on the fitting data. Your shoes and cleats will have been set-up for for maximum efficiency, best alignment and injury prevention.

Having your shoes and cleats adjusted correctly is important in avoiding knee pain and injuries, it’s also an important part of your leg/knee/foot alignment. We will set-up your cleats, checking your foot size, type, presentation and mechanics, paying close attention to your overall alignment. The cleats will be set in the correct position to ensure optimum performance and to avoid injury.

The integrity of the foot/shoe/pedal interface in cycling is crucial. Customised footbeds provide complete support for your foot throughout the shoe, ensuring greater stability, comfort and improving alignment. Footbeds can eliminate hotspots, numbness and pain. The appointment includes the shoe and cleat set-up. In a bike fit the price of a pair of custom footbeds is £65, separately it’s £75. A second pair of footbeds made at the same time as the first, from the same mould, is discounted by 10%. The fitting takes 45mins to an hour including foot assessment, preparing and manufacturing the footbeds and fitting them to your shoes. SEE CUSTOM FOOTBEDS

The right saddle is key to many aspects of your cycling experience. This saddle fitting session will determine the best saddle width, profile and position. Using our PRO saddle station we will assess the most appropriate saddle width then select the profile for best stability and comfort. With our range of test saddles you can evaluate saddles on your bike.

Few bikes have identical geometry. Have your second bike geometry verified and compared to the coordinates of your fit data. The Second Bike Set-up includes component recommendations to achieve the closest set-up.

Your body will adapt to your bike fit. The Fitting follow-up appointment is recommended on an annual basis following your first fitting, it’s a review of your fitting, the set-up of your bike, and a check on your shoe and cleat set-up.
